The Direct Mail Advisor provides general campaign-planning information. Recommendations, examples, statistics, timelines, and estimates are informational and may not fit every campaign. They are not professional legal, financial, or postal advice.

Artificial Intelligence

Some recommendations are generated with assistance from artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should independently review all output and confirm campaign specifications, pricing, mailing requirements, and strategy with a CO-Direct representative before relying on it.

Estimates and Orders

Website prices and campaign calculations are approximate, non-binding planning estimates. Final pricing may vary based on quantity, artwork, materials, personalization, list quality, postage class, postal requirements, taxes, production needs, and delivery schedule.

A quote-form submission is a request for information and does not create a contract or obligate CO-Direct to accept an order. An order becomes binding only under the terms of a written quote, order confirmation, or other agreement accepted by CO-Direct and the customer.

Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or automate requests against the service without written permission.
• Submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or sensitive personal information.
• Misrepresent AI output or estimates as a final CO-Direct quote or commitment.

Intellectual Property

The website, branding, design, text, and other CO-Direct materials are owned by Church Offset Printing Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use advisor output for your own campaign planning, but may not copy or republish the website or use CO-Direct branding without permission.

Third-Party Services and Availability

The website relies on third-party hosting, email, and AI services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and Liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. CO-Direct and Church Offset Printing Inc. disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, they are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on advisor output.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Terms governing an accepted print or mailing order may contain additional or different provisions.

Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
