Information We Collect

When you use the Direct Mail Advisor, we collect the answers you provide about your campaign, such as your goals, audience, mailing-list status, volume, content needs, timeline, and any free-text responses.

When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, selected product, estimated quantity, notes, and the advisor answers included with your request.

Our server and hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as your IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page, to deliver and secure the website.

How We Use Information

• Generate and display direct mail recommendations.
• Prepare estimates and respond to quote or service requests.
• Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and prevent abuse of the website.
• Maintain business records and comply with applicable law.

Submitting a quote request authorizes us to contact you about that request. It does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Artificial Intelligence

The Direct Mail Advisor sends your questionnaire answers and free-text advisor responses to Anthropic, an artificial intelligence service provider, to generate a recommendation. Do not enter Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information into the advisor or quote notes.

AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm campaign specifications, pricing, mailing requirements, and strategy with a CO-Direct representative before relying on them.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We disclose information as needed to providers that perform services for us, including Anthropic for AI processing and Hostinger for website hosting and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and Security

CO-Direct does not maintain a separate website database of advisor sessions or quote submissions. Quote requests are delivered to our business email and retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hosting, email, and AI providers may retain service data according to their applicable settings and policies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information maintained by CO-Direct, or ask a question about our privacy practices, by contacting sales@co-direct.com or calling 507-373-6485. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Applicable law may permit or require us to retain some information.

Cookies, Analytics, and Children

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If those practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.

This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
